Chris Bell
Chris Bell is the Managing Partner of Blackstone Design-Build Group Georgia since its inception in 2019. Before joining Blackstone, Chris spent nearly 30 years with GE Capitals Commercial Finance Business. Chris brings extensive business development experience originating and closing structured equipment finance transactions with mid-market companies in the Southeast. Chris has lived in Cumming Georgia since 2002 with his wife Kim, his son Jack and his daughters Emily and Kerry.

Chris Torchia
Chris Torchia is the Owner and Managing Partner of Blackstone Design Build Group and brings over 25 years of commercial design-build construction experience in an executive role delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients. He is a forward-thinking construction executive, passionate about innovation and delivering cost effective solutions for his clients. Chris enjoys cooking and spending time with his family and friends and attending art festivals.
DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS
ANDREW IACCARINO
Andrew has been in the construction industry for nearly two decades, joining Blackstone Design-Build Group Georgia in 2023 as the Director of Field Operations. Andrew has played an integral role in managing countless large-scale construction projects as well as technical and detailed surgical, medical, and dental practices. He brings a passion for building to each project, delivering outstanding experiences and results to our clients. He has lived in Walton County with his wife and four daughters since 2018.
PROJECT ENGINEER
JACK BELL
Jack Bell is a Field Lead, where he brings a strong foundation in construction management to his role. A 2024 graduate of the University of Alabama, Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Jack has interned with the company for past three summers. These early experiences prepared him with hands-on experience, shaped his leadership style and his commitment to operational excellence on each project.
